Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to all generation features of FrameSprite (character/prop/game-UI image generation, action sprite animation, image-to-prompt, and any future generative features). By using the service you agree to this policy, which supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Content you may NOT generate

Sexual or NSFW content: any pornographic, nude, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content — including such content framed as "artistic" or "realistic";

Any inappropriate content involving minors;

Real-person content: face swaps, deepfakes, or any unauthorized likeness generation of real people;

Extreme violence: realistic gore, torture, or self-harm content (stylized game combat is fine);

Hate and discrimination: content promoting hatred or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or similar;

Illegal content: content involving drugs, weapons manufacturing, terrorism, or that otherwise violates applicable law;

Infringing content: commercial reproduction of characters, trademarks, or artwork you do not hold rights to.

3. How we moderate

Every generation request is screened automatically before it reaches any AI model (local keyword filtering plus a third-party content moderation API). Requests that fail moderation are rejected and no credits are charged.

We reserve the right to spot-check generated outputs and cooperate with content-compliance checks from our payment providers and regulators.

4. Enforcement

First violation: the request is blocked and logged. Repeated or deliberate attempts to generate prohibited content: generation features restricted or account banned, with remaining credits forfeited. Content suspected to be illegal will be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Reporting

If you find content generated on this platform that violates this policy, report it via the support email at the bottom of this page. We respond within 3 business days.
