1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and this website (the "Platform") governing your use of the AI frame-animation generation service and related features. By registering an account, signing in, or using any part of the service, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

The Platform may revise these Terms from time to time in response to legal or regulatory requirements or product changes. Material changes will be announced by in-site notice, email, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of the service after a revision takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of the Service

The Platform uses artificial-intelligence technology to provide online services including 2D frame-animation generation, background removal and cropping, and export of frame sequences, GIFs, and sprite sheets. Specific features, credit rules, and package prices are as displayed on the site at the time of use.

You understand and agree that AI-generated content is inherently unpredictable. The Platform does not guarantee that any particular generation will meet your expectations, nor that generated content is automatically suitable for commercial use or free of infringement risk. Credits deducted for a failed generation task are refunded to your account automatically.

3. Accounts

Registration requires a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure; any activity initiated through your account is treated as your own.

Accounts may not be transferred, rented out, or shared. If the Platform detects bulk registration, farming of promotional credits, automated attacks, or similar abuse, it may restrict features, freeze, or suspend the accounts involved.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to upload, input, or generate material that violates applicable laws or regulations, infringes the copyright, likeness, trademark, or other lawful rights of any third party, or contains violent, terrorist, pornographic, discriminatory, or fraudulent content.

You warrant that you hold the necessary rights to every reference image you upload. You bear sole legal responsibility for using third-party game characters, anime characters, celebrity likenesses, well-known IP, or similar material as reference input without authorization.

Reverse engineering, scraping, abusive or artificial traffic, prompt injection, and any other conduct that undermines the security or stability of the service are prohibited.

5. Generated Content and Intellectual Property

Provided you use the service lawfully, the Platform claims no ownership of your generation results, and you may use them in personal or commercial projects. However, the ownership of rights in AI-generated content may be uncertain under applicable law and judicial practice; before using results for commercial release, advertising, or other public distribution, we recommend carrying out your own manual review, rights clearance, and similarity checks.

All intellectual property in the Platform itself — including its code, interface design, copy, and branding — belongs to the Platform and may not be copied, mirrored, or used commercially without permission.

Where rules on labelling AI-generated content apply, you should proactively disclose that material published from the Platform is AI-generated as required by the relevant distribution channels, and must not maliciously remove or conceal identification information attached by the Platform.

6. Credits, Payment, and Refunds

Credits are a virtual unit of account used solely to pay for generation services within the Platform. They cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred. Top-up prices and consumption rules are as displayed on the site.

Credits and generation services are instant and consumable in nature: credits already spent and generations already completed are non-refundable, while credits for failed generations are refunded automatically. For anomalies such as duplicate charges or a top-up that does not arrive, contact us through the details shown on the site with your order number, and we will resolve the matter after verification.

7. Service Changes and Disclaimer

Owing to the nature of internet services, the Platform does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Where suspension of service or generation failure results from system maintenance, third-party model provider outages, network instability, or force majeure, the Platform will use reasonable efforts to restore service but accepts no liability for indirect losses arising from such events.

The Platform may adjust features, prices, and credit rules as its operations require; material changes will be announced in advance.

You are liable to compensate the Platform or third parties for losses caused by your breach of these Terms.

8. Minors

Users under 18 years of age should use the service only under the guidance and with the consent of a guardian, and should manage their screen time responsibly.

9. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. For the English-language service, the English text of these Terms governs.
